  • Prices - Our pricing is fair/competitive as we do not have the high overheads of fixed workshops. Plus offer same day servicing.
  • We offer unbiased advice based on experience. If a job requires an indoor fixed workshop capability we will let you know.
  • Warranty - Being part of AWS we can maintain manufacturers warranty - view Scheme Supporting Manufacturers List
  • If you have a problem and not deemed too technical, we will first try and guide you on DIY. eg fuse replacement; bulb replacement etc.
  • Training / Advice - Caravan Help - If unsure of how to operate an appliance the engineer will help guide you during the service. 
  • ECS/AWS Code of Conduct and Health and Safety observed/practiced.
  • GDPR  - We do not knowingly share your information without your permission if acting on your behalf, you have the right to View or Unsubscribe what you have provided us to use at anytime.
